COVERAGE AND YOUR ENQUIRY
Give us the postcode. We’ll discuss the next step.
Two regional contacts, one shared service
Choose the contact group most relevant to your property. Maidstone and nearby areas uses 01622 919 981; Dartford and nearby areas uses 01322 903 981. Both numbers are visible across the site so you can select the route you prefer.
These are enquiry groups, not claims that we have an office in every town listed. You can also use the Contact page for any location. Include the exact postcode and building type so the discussion concerns your property rather than relying on a town name alone to establish the requirements or arrangements.
Use the area overview and service pages together
An area page introduces the local enquiry route and the services you can discuss for that property. The detailed service pages explain installation, inspection, maintenance, repairs and replacement in more depth. Use both when preparing a useful project brief.
You do not need to identify the perfect service before contacting us. Explain what has prompted the enquiry and what you want to establish. If an inspection report or specification already exists, mention it. Clear door references help connect that information to the right opening, especially where several people are involved in arranging the work.
Describe each property separately
If one enquiry includes properties in both contact groups, identify a main contact and list every postcode. You can introduce the full requirement through either regional line, while keeping each address and its door references distinct in the information provided.
For a portfolio or several addresses, keep the locations and approximate quantities separate in the enquiry. Buildings may have different requirements, access arrangements and existing information. A single total can introduce the scale, but should not imply that every door needs identical work.
Identify a main contact and explain who can authorise the proposed scope. If occupiers control access, mention how appointments can be coordinated. These practical details help define the discussion. A location within our coverage does not itself confirm an attendance date or installation programme, which needs agreement for the particular project.
Prepare the information needed for a quotation
Start with the postcode, building type, approximate door quantity and reason for the work. Explain whether the request concerns new installation, condition of existing doors, a known defect or a proposed replacement. A straightforward description is useful even when the final scope remains uncertain.
Mention existing reports, product information and earlier work where relevant. Photographs can introduce an opening or concern, while further assessment may still be required. Ask what the quotation includes and which details need confirmation before proceeding. Keeping the brief clear helps avoid decisions based on a general service description alone.
If your location or requirement is uncertain
If the property is near a listed town but not named separately, send its postcode and describe the work. The enquiry can then be discussed in context. Do not assume the nearest town page establishes every requirement for your building or determines the exact service needed.
Where condition or suitability needs establishing, an inspection or further assessment may be the starting point. If you are planning new doors, describe the openings and available specification. Our supply service combines doors with installation. Existing-door concerns and new-work questions can be raised through the same contact route without duplicating the property brief.
